This was my fine stay in a nice Town. Everything was great, decent staff, pleasant views of the harbor. I loved the room, it was luxurious with 2 queen-size beds. The hotel had an unbeatable location very close to a cathedral church.

Staff and location - view was beautiful on lakeside - were great. Room service and restaurant were good.

out of date style, kingsize bed nice, but mattress average, rooms need an update, gym average quality, TV although a flatscreen was clearly substandard as picture quality was very poor. Bathrooms were average to small, lots of small maintenance issues unattended.

Great location for shopping in downtown Kingston. Nice view, right on the water. Aqua Terra Restaurant was wonderful....delicious meal, great service.

Hotel is looking very tired; hallways and rooms. Towels are quite thin. Rooms are not the cleanest. Parking spaces are incredibly tight.

We were looking forward to using the spa and pool but found out after arrival that the water heater had broken down. Since this was our main reason to stay at the Radisson, it was a big disappointment ! The room was clean although the noises from neighboring rooms somewhat loud!

The location is convenient, close to various restaurants and the Visitor Information Center. I appreciated the well-designed Queen Room with Two Queen Beds with ample space for my family. The lake view was fine-perfect for morning coffee and quiet moments.
